This week, the Hare Krishna temple is honored to have a very special guest from Russia, HH Purnacandra Goswami who is a monk (sannayasi), author, teacher, a fantastic kirtan leader and a disciple of Srila Prabhupada. He joined the movement in 1976 and for the past 12 years has preached extensively in Hong Kong, India, Ireland, UK, US, Slovenia and Russia. We are pleased to present two programs with HH Purnacandra Goswami during his stay here in Toronto.
Wednesday, May 28th 2008 (7pm – 9pm): Discovering the Secrets of Bhagavad Gita – Join HH Purnacandra Goswami as he takes us all on a journey as he unravels the mysteries and the teachings of the ancient book of wisdom – the Bhagavad Gita. This program will take place at ISKCON Toronto/Hare Krishna Temple.
Sunday, June 2nd 2008 (6pm – 9pm): Sunday Feast with HH Purnacandra Goswami – HH Purnacandra Goswami will be joining us for our famous Sunday Love feast and will be giving the Sunday Feast class and also be lead the rocking kirtan! This program will be followed by our very famous Sunday Vegetarian Feast.
