Bhakti Sastri Classes Start this Saturday, Sep 19, 2015

The Toronto Hare Krishna Temple is starting a new batch for the Bhakti Sastri Course this coming Saturday September 19th at 9:00 am. Classes will be held once a week for three hours. The proposed time right now is Saturday mornings 9-12 noon. It can be changed to accommodate the preferences of the devotees who register. The Toronto Hare Krishna Temple is now an official centre for Bhakti Sastri Degree (recognized by ISKCON Board of Examinations). The course will take about 1.5-2 years and you will receive a Bhakti Sastri Degree upon completion. We encourage you to attend the first session on Saturday to learn more about the course.

The Bhakti Sastri program is  designed for systematic study of 4 very prominent scriptures – Bhagavad Gita, Nectar of Instruction, Nectar of Devotion and Sri Isopanishad.  The sessions will be facilitated by devotees who have completed the  Bhakti Sastri and Teachers Training. In addition, we will also have some sessions facilitated by visiting devotees.
