With summer fast approaching it means the 37th Annual Festival of India (Ratha-Yatra) is around the corner! This Sunday will mark the official launch of this years festival!
The program will begin at 5:00 pm with a Havan (Vedic fire sacrifice) to invoke auspiciousness for this year’s Festival of India. We are honoured to have special guest HG Bada Hari das who is known around the world for his amazing kirtans. HG Bada Hari das will be giving a class on Lord Jagannatha’s Ratha-Yatra festival as well as leading some of his famous kirtans! The program will also feature a presentation by the Ratha-Yatra committee on the new and exciting plans for this year’s festival.
