Wednesday, February 21st: Appearance of Sri Nityanada Prabhu (fasting observed till noon on Feb. 20th)
Who is Lord Nityananda? He is none other than Balarama, Lord Krishna’s older brother. He appeared some 500+ years ago to assist in the sharing of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra all over the world!

Thursday, February 29th: Appearance of Stila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura (fasting observed till noon)
Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur is more famously known as the guru or spiritual master of Srila Prabhupada. Recognized by UNESCO, we celebrate his 150th birth anniversary this year!
