We cordially invite you to one of our biggest festivals of the year, the appearance day of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. This year Gaura Purnima falls on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. We are delighted to share that we’re hosting a grand celebration! Gaura or Lord Chaitanya appeared in a small town in eastern India over 500 years ago to spread the congregational chanting of the holy name and remind us of the timeless wisdom in the texts of Srimad Bhagavatam and Bhagavad Gita. He encouraged everyone to educate themselves on the practicality of these teachings in the 21st century and to share this confidential knowledge of success with others.
As always, festivities will feature a special darshan of the Deities, and there are several sponsorship opportunities ranging from flowers, garlands, new outfit, jewelery and accessories. The altar decorations will feature customized engraved wooden plaques that commemorate pastimes of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Anyone who donates over $300 for this festival will receive one of these as a commemorative gift, please note that these will only be available after the festival.
