Japa Workshop

Mantra meditation is quite a rage in yoga circles these days. It involves the repetition of a mantra (sacred Vedic, Sanskrit sound) in prayer or meditation, and concentrating the mind on that sound vibration.
Japa is a quiet and personal meditation where one chants on prayer beads, often followed by serious practitioners every day. They chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra:

Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

Why a “Japa Workshop”?
For most of us, “normal” chanting on beads (japa) is not as good– or as good as it should be, hence the Japa Workshop was developed.

What Can You Expect?
Participants commonly report that they experience an increased taste for chanting, gain new tools/ techniques and take their japa more seriously- and more- see poster!!
