On Wednesday, May 6, 2020, ISKCON Toronto celebrated Nrsimha Caturdasi (The Appearance Day of Lord Nrsimha). Lord Nrsimhadeva is one of Lord Krishna’s wondrous incarnations, in the form of half-man and half-lion. He descended to protect his young devotee Sri Prahlada Maharaja from his torturous father, King Hiranyakashipu. As the Temple remains closed to the public, festivities were conducted virtually.
